It is exciting to me that I have been getting a good volume of orders from overseas. Especially, Australia. I know you will love the book and I thank you for ordering it. But the cost of the books and shipping does not reflect the true cost to ship to you. I only want to charge what it costs, but will not be able to send books around the world for shipping of $2.90/ or free on Google checkout.

Our options are these:

1. Contact me before you order the book and I will get the actual postage cost for you. Then you can send the the money through paypal along with the money for the book. I will give you a link at that time.

2. Buy the PDF, ebook for $3.00 and print it out and read it. I know that some have an interest in getting books for many students in a school. After you read the book on PDF. then contact me and we will find a way to get you as large a volume of books as you need.
